All items are non-returnable and non-refundable. I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations:

All sales are final on orders of processed customized artworks and made-to-order sculptures. Every order holds a booked reservation on the calendar and is non-retractable after purchase.
 

General processing for fully personalized sculptures orders:

1. Sending the details and receiving a quotation: I'll request reference photos and send a price based on clothing and accesories details.

2. Sketch and revisions: The sketch is a rough outline to demonstrate general layout, which will be much more in-depth and detailed in the sculpture. You can make all changes you wish to the sketch. This is the only stage where modifications are possible, so I encourage you to feel confident and make all the adjustments you feel necessary!
Most changes applied will be made directly on the sculpture.

3. Processing times: I work based on a need-by-date schedule. The minimum processing time for personalized sculptures are currently estimating 3 months with standard lead time to complete (unless you have paid rush order fee).

If I'm experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few weeks. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, I will contact you via email.
